When will I receive my order?
All Lee Green Basketball Team Store orders are preorder-based. Once the preorder window closes, orders will be submitted for production. Apparel is expected to be ready approximately 2–3 weeks after the preorder deadline.
Can I pick up my order at practice?
Yes. Pickup will be available at Lee Green Basketball practices or team events. Pickup details will be shared once the order is ready.
Can my order be shipped to my home?
Yes, if shipping is available at checkout, you can choose to have your order shipped to your home.
Can I exchange my size?
Because these are custom preorder apparel items, size exchanges may not be available. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
What if there is a mistake with my order?
If there is a production error or an issue with your item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order.
Are all sales final?
Yes. Because this is custom team apparel, all sales are final unless there is a production error.
Are the Nike items official Nike products?
The Nike items are printed on Nike apparel with Lee Green Basketball designs added.
Who can order from the team store?
Players, parents, siblings, grandparents, and supporters are welcome to order from the Lee Green Basketball Team Store.
What sizes are available?
Most apparel items are available in adult and youth sizes:
- Small
- Medium
- Large
- XL
- 2XL
- 3XL
Please check each product page for available sizes.
Can I order after the preorder deadline?
Once the preorder window closes, late orders may not be accepted. Please place your order before the deadline to make sure your apparel is included.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an update once orders are completed and ready for pickup or shipping.
