Preorder Information

How Pre Orders Work

Lee Green Basketball Team Store items are sold through a preorder system.

This means orders are collected during a set preorder window. Once the preorder window closes, all orders are submitted for production.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Select your item, size, color, and quantity before checking out.

Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.

Step 2: Preorder Window Closes

Once the preorder deadline passes, all orders will be finalized and submitted for production.

Late orders may not be accepted after the preorder window closes.

Step 3: Production Begins

Apparel production typically takes approximately 2–3 weeks after the preorder window closes.

Step 4: Pickup or Shipping

Once the apparel is ready, families will receive pickup or shipping information.

Pickup will be available at Lee Green Basketball practices or team events.

Important Note

Because these items are custom preorder apparel, all sales are final unless there is a production error.
